Your repurchase request is denied

A corporate decision and a legal determination are different things.

What to do, in order

  1. Request the denial in writing, the records considered, reasons, and whether the decision concerns goodwill, a warranty benefit or a statutory claim.
  2. Compare the stated history with your orders and correct missing visits, dates or symptoms. Ask whether reconsideration is available and what additional evidence is required.
  3. Identify unresolved concerns and the repair or transportation plan. Keep your requested remedy specific.
  4. Consult state resources or counsel about eligibility, notices, arbitration and other warranty claims. A denial does not itself establish that no legal remedy exists.

What you can say

“Please provide the written reasons for the repurchase denial, the records relied on, and any reconsideration route. My listed concerns remain unresolved.”

What to watch for

Do not treat the executive team as your legal adviser or assume an upgraded replacement is an automatic right.

Your next step

Use the denial response template and explore Your options.

These steps are suggested consumer practices. Follow case-specific instructions, state requirements and your attorney’s advice when they apply.
